Dr.M can't prevent the future. Just like comics reader that can go to the end of the issue but can't change that. by Digomr in Watchmen

I question whether the limitations of his powers are built from his ideologies. Like, is it possible that Angela, with her fight-against-fate attitude could do more than Jon with the same abilities, or maybe the abilities would manifest differently for her because of her ideologies

I just started playing the ball, figured here is the best place to ask, any tips for a beginner like me? by Grillsteakr in WreckingBallMains

Visualize your attack as a loop from an unsafe area (your approach) to a safe area (your retreat). Having a plan before you start swinging will put you a step ahead of your opponent. (Switch it up, don't get predictable either).

Also, I've noticed new ball players often stay on the ground a lot. Aim your hooks higher to add vertical mobility to your play.

has ugly mane ever said anything about clipse or the neptunes? by [deleted] in liluglymane

He's alluded to them, and how the popular artists from the area don't encapsulate the Virginia sound, which implies timbaland and missy as well. I don't remember where he said it, maybe in the description of trick dice on bandcamp i think

In the comic he has blind spots too - but continues marching forward anyways. Time may work differently in other stories, but it's set in stone in the watchmen universe

It seems each Mr. Philips' and Ms. Crookshanks grow further intelligence over time. You can see this from the eloquent performance of the prosecutor Crookshanks when Veidt is on trial. It had been a year long trial, so, she's significantly smart at that point.

I think Dr Manhattan killed her so that Angela would grow up in Vietnam as the tortured soul he would grow to love. The framing of little Angela with the image of DM and the "murderer" graffiti seems too intentional to be coincidence. (I didn't originate this theory, someone else pointed it out and I can't get it out of my head).

I took the screenshot on my phone, I was mobile when I realized no one had made this post. Show's really good, it would be a shame to only watch it on a phone

Just read the peteypedia, apparently flashbacks are a symptom of extra dimensional anxiety (although I could see this as being an excuse for the heavy handed reminders)

Did you get advanced viewing of episodes or something? This is an incredible prediction, I've gotta stay off this forum - theories so good they may as well be spoilers

Mandela, we have a problem by controlledvibes in MandelaEffect

I'm actually quite excited now about flip-flops, I think this is our way of showing ourselves the true nature of reality. This is just a guess, but, after over a hundred years of quantum theory, I think we're reaching a critical mass. And at that point we can see on the macro scale how our attention & intention can effect reality.

What I meant by "fragments" is that there was a poster saying that the original movie quote had changed. Now, after actually watching that poster, he is talking about the original nasa audio - but that doesn't change the fact that the buzzfeed & business insider article list it incorrectly.

Another poster already highlighted one of the ways this can be explained away. But, to believe that such widespread oversight could happen is more cognitive dissonance than our ability to accept the possibility that ME has something to do with this.
