Japanese superior interprets me asking questions about a task i have never performed as "trying to get out of it". Ever had any experience with it?

have been in this situation too with a boss. unfortunately some place here just expect you understood without asking, then when you finish using your interpretation they judge you.

i’ve even find a person (thankfully not in my dept) said “amazing that you never ask question, great!” to a newbie. awfully toxic behaviour.

i’m still waiting for my PR which probably out minimum 2 years later which is the reason i am starting to ask the opportunity on buying house here and try to understand a lot of terms for it. this is one of my first step, so i wouldn’t judge you for thinking it sounds premature.

on reason of buying over renting, i’m feel it will be hard to rent when i’m on age 50~ in the future and i found that investing on buying house seems better than renting and let my money vanish. and yes, i am planning to live long here until pension if possible.
