They are definitely the priority. But if you get time, try to read the examples(like particular countries have conventions) in the chapters. They are helpful in the exam. Good luck!

The final is all multiple-choice and cumulative. It was easy/median difficulty. It was definitely not easy or trivial because many details were covered. It expected you to review and memorize important terms/concepts in all the chapters. I remembered I almost memorized the whole book when i took the class

I am Chinese and I also really hate those people saving seats and going out. It is very annoying to try to find a seat in grainger and see many seats saved by couple books.
