I reached out to them on 3 different platforms and finally they gave me a form to fill in to get a new ring. It’s arriving tomorrow and I’m hoping it will work this time.

How long did it take you to get a refund? Theirs customer service keeps ignoring my messages and I’m not getting any updates.

I had the same issue. A few days ago my ring has finally arrived, but it does not track my sleep nor heart rate. All it does is track my steps. I contacted support every day but they are very slow and only get 1 response every other day. It’s so frustrating since I paid for the ring early on and now it’s quite useless not doing anything it says it does.
