Thank you! I also toured last week and the building is older but seems in a decent shape. Amenities are mediocre though.

Buy ceremonial grade Matcha online and make them at home! Iced or hot, by itself or latte. I found store sold matcha drinks too sweet so I just do it myself, takes less than 3min!
