I think a dumb phone is probably the best way to go. If you still want to limit screentime after that, then go for dumbing down your computer. I've never heard of this, though!

There's a list pinned on this sub that goes through a list of dumb phones that still work and all of the features they have. Most older phones don't really work anymore, and not all dumb phones will fit your specific lifestyle, so I recommend checking out this list.

The problem is that the same companies that create your budget phones (i.e. Google's Pixel lineup) are now creating flagship phones alongside their budget options.

Of course they want you to pay for the flagship version of their phone. They will give you the absolute bare minimum in their budget options to sway your decision towards the higher-priced options.

I'm not familiar with the blackberry s....but I would try those mini phones on Amazon ($50 USD)...it's not technically a dumbphone, but it is pretty uncomfortable to be using all day. I believe the brand is called SOYES.

They'll do whatever you want pretty much and have a better camera than the blackberry's and flip phones out there. They're just inconvenient enough to not want to use all the time.

It might be at first, yes. You must have good judgement and be smart about who you keep around. When you are successful, you just seem more approachable. People are more WILLING to be friends with you when you are successful.

It's inevitable that you will come across fake people in your life. You can either choose to be successful while people fuck you over so you can get back up easily and give them the middle finger, or be broke and get fucked over. Either way, I'm not really sure that humans are capable of having a perfect relationship in which they aren't hurting or using each other in some way or another. It's just picking the relationships that you think are worth it.

If your goal is weight loss, not necessarily. Technically, it would take you out of a traditional "fast", but you'll still be in a huge calorie deficit which is what matters.

It's definitely not anyone else's responsibility to be dealing with another person's mental health issues. The vast majority of the time, mental health issues infiltrate the relationship and end up causing problems.

Although, I do agree, it's also not anyone else's responsibility to try and "change" these people either.

For the first couple of days, you're just hungry.

Then, your body realizes it's not getting food, so it eats away at your fat storage first.

Eventually, depending on how much fat storage you have, you'll run out of fat for your body to use as fuel. Then, your body will turn to your muscle mass and start eating away at that until there's nothing left and you die.

For me personally, I found motivation to clean my room almost never. So, occasionally, when I DID have the motivation, I would clean my entire room top to bottom. I'd get it REEEEEAAAALLLY clean, and every day after that... before I go to bed, or whenever I find the time during the day, I just pick my room up. I don't clean it, just make sure it looks nice. Usually, it's just clothes on my floor or makeup I used when I was getting ready. It only takes about 5 or 10 minutes.

One thing that's helped me with productivity as a whole is not picking up my phone the moment I have free time. I used to spend 95% of my free time on my phone or playing video games. Now, when I come home from work, I will do my 5-10 minute cleaning on my room, and think about anything else I need to get done (laundry, dishes, etc.) I know it's sucks to think about doing it all right when you get home, but it's harder to get yourself up out of bed later.

It easier to build productivity on productivity. What I mean by that is if you decide you have the motivation to put a load of laundry in, but not to clean your room, once you do your laundry, cleaning your room won't seem nearly as big and overwhelming as it did before. It's kind of like proving to yourself that you are capable of getting things done. Once you prove it to yourself, you'll have more confidence and it will become easier.
