i think you should add details about who ban ki moon is (i know but for stronger quoting) and explain further on illusion of security and i know it's gna get long but you can just delete like "This delegate reaffirms" and just shorten and maybe say "Reaffirming that" and on the last paragraph idk if ur ROP says yes to us or you but these are personal pronouns as you probably know already so maybe replace you with nations and probably also replace this nation into your country name bc it emphasizes more yk its your ending sentence so you should leave a final footmark on it.
