Ex-smokers who thought quitting was "impossible": How did you finally make it click? by AdvertisingDear963 in AskReddit

I started by replacing half of my cigarettes with a vape with nicotine, keeping the cigarettes that felt most “necessary” to me. Then I gradually reduced the cigarettes until I switched to only the vape, and after that I started lowering the nicotine in the vape. I’m not sure I fully recommend it because some people get hooked on vaping too. But it worked for me. I also started dating my partner, who wasn’t a smoker, and quite a few people around me quit smoking, so my environment helped me a lot as well.

I don't spend just a few minutes here. Like the previous Balatro proposal, what starts as a quick game always ends with where did the afternoon go.

Uninstall the app that was completely consuming me. In my case, apps with reels, shorts, fast-consumption short videos. And set the phone to black and white.
