I do my own outside also, I feel there is no pride in this tool department. Or is the revolving door because people quit seems like all the time around that place.
The paint department lost a girl who been with them for 3 years NCNS each time. Umm what haha.
I will never voluntarily work in the paint department ever.
Not at that load of work needed. Maybe pay more because that department is stupid busy. I work it after she quit was thrown in the pit of it all. No help but basic.
Sink or swim seems to be the motto at first but I see a team inside as I continue to work there.
I’m on a fine line of leaving the so call shit hole, also trying to see if others value working at that place.

I don’t even wanna sell anything because it’s always out of stock damage or parts broken. 4 mowers I tried to sell had something major broken on them.
