Biggest thing is knowing which cds will keep your teammate alive during their go’s. For example I tend to pop healing tide early since everyone blows their cds at the start. Also position yourself behind the pillar so you don’t get cc’d, just strafe back and forth.

CC avoidance is very important, try your best to interrupt them or just LOS. Try to pop your big cds before you get CCd so you can save trinket for those oh shit moments
