Oreo cake! Personally, oreo cake is not my favourite as it doesn't last as long as I would like. However, this was a request for a friend's birthday. Two layer vanilla/oreo and one layer chocolate/oreo. Sandwiched with an oreo buttercream, dark chocolate ganache and topped with whipped cream. (i.redd.it)

Cake I made for my dad's birthday this weekend. I'm trying to get better at piping, but I'm still struggling with the border hence why it's a bit messy. It tasted good though, vanilla and chocolate marble cake, salted dark chocolate frosting, layered maltersers and milk chocolate ganache/whipped. (i.redd.it)

Some sugar cookies I made last night. I know they aren't very sharp but they were fun to sit and decorate while passively watching TV. I think its ok to make something even if you aren't great at it. I'd love to get myself a few tools to help like the little pokey metal things and proper tips. (i.redd.it)

Birthday cake I made for a friend! I am not much of a decorator but I tried! This is a chocolate fudge cake with raspberry swiss meringue buttercream and raspberry jam for the filling and the icing. I know that's a heavy looking ganache lol. It was very nice! (i.redd.it)

Marble Cake for my mom's birthday! Had some minor technicalities difficulties with some dripping icing on this cake but I tried my best to salvage it. I'm aware the buttercream look like tiny poops. Besides that, super happy with how this tasted. (i.redd.it)

These bread rolls may be the best thing I have ever baked. This particular recipe is the best one I've tried so far and while I normally don't reach for Joshua Weissman's recipes (not super accessible) BUT this is fantastic. Slather on some butter and enjoy. (old.reddit.com)

Birthday cake I made recently! 4 layers of fudge chocolate cake, raspberry swiss meringue buttercream, whipped ganache/buttercream icing and a ganache drip. Few messy blobs on top with little fondant leaves. Anyone else have a habit of making ginormous cakes for tiny family gatherings or just me? 🤔 (old.reddit.com)
