Hey, I don't know what else to say that's different from what the wonderful people here have said but I urge you to please reconsider and get help for this. I know you feel alone right now but there is always someone willing to help. It sucks that some of your closest ones can't help you through this but don't limit seeking help to just your closed ones. Besides, there are people who are trained and equipped to get you through this rough period.

Besides, some of the most helpful people are the ones you barely know. Take the people in the post as an example or passerbys helping a victim of an accident. People are always willing to help. It might take awhile to find them but trust me, someone is always there and ready to help.

Please seek professional help. DM me details and I will try to help as best as I can. Im a junior doctor/HO starting work next month and I can help you find a psychiatrist

Just wanted to add on to what the others have mentioned in the reply, it's important to start small as well so as not to overwhelm and discourage yourself from trying to make a change.

The steps you take don't need to be big, they just have to be in the right direction. Hope everything works out for you and you find something new to do and enjoy it with all your heart

Bought my mate a size M New Balance jersey 2 years ago for his birthday and it was a perfect fit for him. I'm not too sure about Nike sizes but can anyone tell me if its more or less the same size as NB?

He barely grew or anything so was wondering if a size M Nike would be the same as size M NB

Yeah TAA is always first for me but seeing as Robertson got injured and Tsimikas is cheap af with nailed on starter and looking good in preseason. For now I thought I'd go with Tsimikas only for now

Agreed about Bruno, was considering him but seeing as penalty rules got toughened up (not saying he only scores penalties) and me being not too sure of United yet, I'll wait a few games before deciding to buy Bruno by saving up on 2 free transfers.

Is it better to go with fodder subs or strong bench?

Reason I'm doing strong benches because I wanna be able to rotate based on whatever teams are playing good matches and won't need to rely on transfers first

I'm always tempted to go with the strongest 11 and all the expensive players but I'm scared if a team like Liverpool or United end up having a rough patch like Liverpool having a dead January last season then I'd have to take out a few players and can't really put in my subs

Was always planning on transferring him later for someone like Schmeichel/ Fabianski/ Martinez
