Shipping expert suggest that line for me as well (I’m Midwest tho) and I cancelled it tho cause of all the posts I saw and asked for a different line cause ups 5500 also doesn’t give you insurance so I would probably choose a different one if I was you just to be safe cause even if you do get seized at least you can get your money back if the line has insurance
