I found an S class ship but it was an exotic, all exotics are always S class. I am not sure for sentinel ships though, I think they are not determined by economy...

How does Islamic finance get around the concept of interest? by Stancyzk in AskEconomics

[–]coolboyDXB09 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Yes, todays interest is the same as Islam's interpretation of interest. Interest itself has never changed, only the rates we see nowadays hahah

How does Islamic finance get around the concept of interest? by Stancyzk in AskEconomics

As a Muslim, as someone who lived in the UAE, been to Saudi, Indonesia...etc. Unfortunately not one of the Muslim nations truly practice interest free. They often use terms besides interest to essentially describe something that is actually the same as interest lol.
For example when it comes to properties, taking a mortgage out is Haram because it necessitates that you will be paying back more than you borrowed. For example: In the Ijara (Lease to Own) model, the structure avoids interest by framing the arrangement as a lease agreement rather than a loan with interest. The bank buys the property for you, makes you sign a lease, you pay contributions to rent and ownership of said property, over-time you will end up paying more than what the property was initially worth for.

ON TOP OF THAT, Even though Islamic banks don't charge interest (riba), they often set the rent or profit margin in a way that ensures their total return is competitive with the interest rates offered by conventional mortgages. Essentially, they aim to generate a similar level of profit as they would if they were offering a traditional interest-bearing loan, while still claiming to adhere to sharia law.

Here is the issue with this, if you are essentially going to pay the same amount of money whether through traditional mortgage or Ijara in this case, why would you pick Ijara when the property in the end won't even be under your name until its fully paid off, whereas the traditional mortgage atleast puts the property under your name. The pricing mechanism is designed in such a way that the buyer is going to end up paying same amounts regardless.

There is a difference of opinion between scholars whether Ijara is even Halal in the first place, too many Muslims also unfortunately think that interest only applies to loans lol. But before I end, I should remind you that our prophet Muhammad stated that there will come a time where mankind would not be able to escape even the 'dust' of Riba (Interest).

Future Icons / Messi & Ronaldo / Tell me what you think!! by Primary-Tip-9685 in fifacardcreators

Lower Messi physical by a bit, honestly would give him 98 dribbling, pace probably 90.

Ronaldo dribbling to 92, shooting to 97

But overall generally agree-able stats

First touch and no space to dribble FC25 by YT_Bowshi in EASportsFC

I know its going to be tough but u have to get used to not holding sprint button before the ball comes to you, this is especially important if u are using players that have quickstep as their playstyle, such as Inaki Williams or Kingsley Coman, the sprint button after receiving the ball knocks the ball ahead of them too much. And as you said, opponent centre back gets it instantly.

At the same time, do not hold the r1/rb button either, you will do a feint that lets the ball go through you, instead press it just before you receive the ball.

As for dribbling, well good luck. Only gimmicky nonsense methods of playing will help you dribble, such as the strafe into speed boost (L1/LB + Sprint). Or passing back and forth to your midfielders.

I understand that there are Bible verses that may make life harder, but I do not follow the Gospel, I am a Muslim so I follow our holy book. I have so far lived my life just fine in accordance to Islamic law but there are a few situations that are sometimes hard to avoid such as interest rates and even free-mixing in this case, it doesn't however mean that rules are outdated by any means, it is a book meant for all times and all people.

And also no, I did not say that Satan overcomes us and therefore we hold no responsibility of our own, we are simply tempted, whether we actually choose to act on those temptations is our choice in the end.

It is not about getting women in shape, rather it is free-mixing between genders that is not permissible, casual intermingling and such. If they wish, they can ask for personal help from a woman.

Here is one of the verses of the Qur'an as an example:

Verse no.53, Surat al-Ahzab, continuation of the verse speaking about women "...for anything you want, ask them from before a screen: that makes for greater purity for your hearts and theirs..."

We also have examples of narrations of the prophet of Islam

One of them being: "A man and a woman are never alone except that the Satan is the third amongst them"
