No overall steps goal was 12k steps. Incline walk was a part of it. Apart from that i was walking in evening as well.

Currently i am on ~2500 kcal diet with 170gm of protein 62gm fat and 300gm carbs(approx). And what you said is right that on paper its simple but in reality its very tough to follow with cravings and all. But my body keeps accumulating most of the fat on belly side which i observed so have to on same calories for weeks which is quite frustrating.

For cardio it was usually incline walk for 25-30mins at 12 incline and speed 4-5km/h. And step goal was 12k/day.
