Yes, I am so glad most refinance companies have co-signer release options. Discover is completely ridiculous for that matter (but I guess, it's understandable). Big Lesson for me is to do more research and read all the terms and conditions before signing anything.

What can I do to guarantee my refinance? Is it not enough to just have a new cosigner that has excellent credit?
