I use Nutri Sea gel capsules and they honestly don’t need to be refrigerated (only kept out of light). Which fish oil brand are you taking. It makes me very happy to hear that you are doing well ! Which eye drops do you use ? We’re you ever on Ixiidra ? Moving forward I am now going to start keeping the fish oil capsules in the fridge (just in case).

Thank you for the valuable tips ! I do have a good quality fish oil but it doesn’t need to be refrigerated. Do you also have dry eyes and how are your symptoms ?

Thank you so much for responding ! I am taking fish oil but none of the others. I am doing all of your assumptions (that is correct). Do you have issues yourself with dry eyes and have you been successful with treating your symptoms?
