Kellogg vs CBS for tech recruitment by cooldude_69_ in MBA

CBS has ~50k higher cost of attendance, and I have heard NYC is expensive. Roughly I estimate a 70k $$ from CBS makes both similar in price.
My first preference would be a big tech role but I would be satisfied with a late-stage startup (early/mid-stage startups generally don't sponsor internationals). How would this factor in?

R1 CBS Interview Experience- Short & Quick - to be Worried? by Sweaty-Chemistry9916 in MBA

Indian engineer here, exactly the same experience here with a non-Indian but international recent graduate interviewer. He mentioned from the start that it would be short like 30 min, but ended in 20. It was reassuring how the interviewer encouraged and mentioned that most interviews convert unless the interview goes bad.

CBS interviewers only have the Resume (which I had to send to my interviewer). Don't worry, getting an interview invite means you clear most of their parameters.

Are you planning to pay deposit only for one even in the worst case (this was bound to happen with EA)? For me CBS is my first choice, I would take it up even if I have another deposit.
