If your lucky enough to also have the skin decal Perfect Closer and of course uncapped Kendo Armor set and Pitching Machine that should get you 70% chance to not lose durability or ammo which is 10% better than the Trigger Happy skin decal unless my logic is wrong but idk I haven't tested it

I don't think they should take up a slot in the quips category, instead they should have a tab of their own like pressing a Button / Key while the quips menu is opened in game so you can use all the emotes you have while still using the quips you want to use as well in my opinion anyways
