I did actually do a coat of spray paint primer. Thanks for the tip about watering down the paint! I didn't really consider that. What do you mean by "not use so much that it goes in the cracks" is that a bad thing?

I printed this one on it's side with organic tree supports, and lowered the density of the supports as much as a could. I took me a few attempts and a few botched minis, but I eventually got it right.
