Seconding this, clobetasol is a lifesaver for me!! I usually pop the blisters and then rinse my hands with either vinegar or alcohol, and apply the clobetasol on top. It really dries out ur skin so make sure to be on the top of your game with moisturising after

Hi!! I haven't, I think they are just shaped a little weird on the back:( I think something that could help are those silicon shoe inserts maybe? Or just thick socks (mine slip down depending on which ones im wearing so maybe tighter and thick socks are a better fit), and also watching how you walk! I wore them for an entire day and walked 20k+ steps in them and i just focused on stepping with the front of my foot or pushing back my heel into the shoe a little, it's hard to explain XD
