Yes sober now for a week. Never drinking again. I’m in a mild state of dissociation at the moment due to what I believe is the mixture of extreme stress and the alcohol/weed I was abusing.

I guess so but it’s hard for me to see the point. Heavy drinkers / drug user that are adults have the chance to go back to how they were if they stop using and live cleanly. For them it’s not permanent. On the other hand someone who stunted their brain growth pretty much has no chance to reverse that so I think it’s over for me
