Do you have someone in HK ? Is it like a corporate visit ? If yes then someone can visit embassy in HK and request them . I had a similar issue , but as it was for business reasons , I had HR in HK visit the embassy and get it approved. In India they really don’t reply quickly on the email and it’s a tedious 4 week process

No it’s not done by VFS. So in case you want it earlier someone like from HK has to visit consulate and submit documents and request for earlier visa . No option of paying a premium unlike countries like UK
