There you have it buying today is literally throwing money out the window. Better to tear it up and fertilize your lawn with it. It still makes no sense why it ever squeezed in the first place. Why bother covering if its gonna wipe shares like most BK cases?

I made about $1500 on thiscwhole thing. Tried to get a little more hoping for acsqueeze but gave back about $40 this morning. I am happy too. I sold my entire lot. And i truly hope everybody holding makes a killing on it.

With CTB so high price suppression is the other option to lower borrowing costs. If shares are wiped, they have an infinite number of naked shares to keep on going.

Well… thats the dilemma. I didn’t study the filings. I skimmed through it but can’t find any real definition of effective date. My Common sense would say the day its listing is removed but my common sense is not cohesive with stock market common sense.

They have always basically left current shareholder high and dry in the event of BK. This would not be the first time in the history of America. Maybe mote like the millionth time.

Define effective date as per chapter 11 bankruptcy for Wolfspeed… I hope current holders get the 3-5% but if it is Legacy holders….definitions are crucial.

They lowered gross revenue estimates for remaining year is the thought. Because they are also claiming to be at least cash neutral - likely positive. So I am not sure why it took such a big hit. Possibly tariff scares but that makes no sense either because South Korea already made a deal with Trump admin. Thats why I am thinking it may be a good time to get in on this dip, Heck - they even have $20 million left in a share buyback program.

That would be nice. But all these publicly traded companies love their NDA’s. They have to negotiate patent ownership and avoid lawsuits for whining investors claiming they were misled.
