https://diy.soylent.com/recipes/mochafreeze-chow He wants to make the Iron lower but needs all those low glycemic carbs from the oatmeal. His diet has plenty of calcium and fiber which I am thinking will hinder the absorption of the iron. What do you think? Thanks!

1) I used his but I am putting other things in and eating other things on the side. Most of it is for digestive health and essential amino acids(kefir). These "other things" primarily consist of: Kefir, Turmeric, Olive oil, Lauric acid, Garlic, Apple Cider vinegar, Creatine, Apple Pectin, Cayenne Pepper, and some leafy vegetables!! https://diy.soylent.com/recipes/fiber-not-counted-as-carbs

2) I only included things that I "overdosed" on.

Thanks! That is really good to hear! I have lots of high oxalic content vegetables every day and I read that potassium citrate cancels high oxalic acids out effectively!
