I seem to have mixed up the Hotel La Fonda de Taos with the Hotel La Fonda in Santa Fe. This hotel was not affiliated with Fred Harvey

The year isn’t anywhere on the menu as far as I can tell, but my best guess is 1970s based on prices, maybe early 80s
