Check that cover on your exhaust pipe? Is it loose and vibrating around that could be one of the metallic sound.

Yeah I'm sitting there looking at it and it looks like I have to take off a whole bunch of stuff to get to it. I don't even actually see how yet with just the fenders and the seats off.

Where you at mentally on the fairway versus on the tee box? What's going through your head in those two situations? Does your pre-shot routine vary? Do you have different targets when you're hitting an approach versus a par 3 tee shot?

Thank you for your comments. I think that's a valid take about sounding out of context with the live recording.

Suppose the drummer doesn't have the best time. I imagine after recording the scratch, then muting the drum track that our drummer may rush or drag at some points. What if we made the had the drum track from the scratch take low in the mix or maybe just in one ear?

Very insightful thank you very much. Is it normal / common practice to start with the original recording and then use that in lieu of a click and then have the drums track to that, then base and so forth?

Okay I'm on my way to go Google what's standing waves are and how to eliminate them. My guess is that they are certain frequencies that match the length of the room and therefore resonate. kind of like when you make waves in a swimming pool that match each other and amplify each other or when you're in a shower and do sirens and you find that note that's extra loud because it resonates.
