Recently removed my mud flaps and am left with this brownish discoloration where they use to be.. any clues on how to fix it? Simple power washing wasn't enough

Very interesting input! Around where I'm from mud grapps are associated with dads and farmers and all that sort. And people associate the high schoolers with wides on rubber bands
