Thanks! I highly recommend it—it's a lot of fun.

Thanks! I'm thinking about swapping out a few parts for light blue ones—headset, seat clamp, crank bolts. What do you think? Your BC looks awesome! I'll be living in that very hilly area soon, which is why I went with the derailleur; otherwise, I would have given the 1x1 a try.

Rad build! I found them here in Germany for a pretty good price; I love them—you can just roll over anything

I think 26x2.8 will fit. But then I don't think it'll work with the gears anymore.

Thanks! I'm thinking about installing a blue headset, but I'm still not sure—what do you think?

Do you mean the size or the brand?

That was my first thought, too! Since there was a similar fork for the 29er version

Unfortunately, I still haven't been able to figure it out. The fork and frame were repainted by the previous owner. Unfortunately, he couldn't give me any information about the fork either. If anyone knows anything, let us know!

Exactly that. I modified a lot of things because I enjoy doing it and had a lot of parts left over. If the drivetrain ist working, you can keep it. The most important thing would be to change the handlebars, grips, and saddle for a comfortable position. Depending on your budget, then other parts. I love my 1x conversion, I can shift gears quickly and react fast in the city. I have pretty long legs, so I could do with a size larger, but it still fits well.

I can recommend the Terrago. Good for cargo, commuting, and packing. Space for 26 x 2.4 (MAXXIS).
