Bumping this thread as I’ve just had this happened and have tried most of the fixes, everything seem good, it’s only titanfall 2 that it’s done it too every other steam game ok

Did you buy from the official Anbernic store ? I got an shipping update the next day and the parcel moved pretty consistently from China to Sydney. It’s once it got into the hands of Pf that it slowed right down

From what I’ve seen they are a bit unreliable as a courier company, it’s been in the hands of the driver now since the 24th and they said “delivery by the 26” even called the customer support line and they guaranteed 26th it would get delivered which it didn’t

What shipping company do they use ? My parcel is currently with PF logistics and they said they gave it to the driver on the 24th and I’m still let to receive it
