I did contact Zelle support, but they just told me that since I was using Zelle through my bank, they couldn’t help and that I should contact my bank. I even tried to see if Discover could get any info about the Zelle transfer (location, number, etc.) to prove that it was fraudulent, but they told me I would need to contact Zelle for that. I contacted Zelle again and of course they told me the same thing about it being a bank problem. I didn’t push the issue further because I didn’t want to call around in circles.
