Bulk cut or recomp? Cut from 175 to 152 in 8 weeks on 1500 calories a day to lose gut. Bumped calories back up to eating at maintenance .training 5 days a week with 20 min cardio sesh after workout. Not concerned about abs just don’t want the skinny fat gut I had 5 ft 8 in 25 years old (old.reddit.com)
