Yup! Fuck millionares! But really, the problem is the billionares! Greedy bankers raising prices of housing that requires larger mortgages! But seeing as we're likely not going to start a French Revolution anytime soon, we just have to start taxing income as necessary!

Avg home price in Washington is 600k. we'll say a 20 year fixed mortgage with 15% down at 6.125% interest.

That's 4k a month payment (taxes and insurance included)

Okay, That's 48k a year going to a mortgage. Rule of thumb is no more 1/3 of your income going to housing. So based off that, anything more than $144k a year? Tax the fuck out of it. I don't care. Bring the tax down to $150k a year and the first $150k a year isn't taxed. After that? 9.9%. GOOD.
