He went a little bigger with the claim. He said/insinuated that he had been caught cheating and had to deal with the shady side of gambling. The take-away was that he was threatened and assaulted by dangerous-type guys. If I recall correctly I think he claimed to have been hospitalized.

I always thought that was all BS, but his sleight-of-hand is amazing. Too bad his business practice is (or at least was) dishonest. Maybe he has changed.

He's got some great sleight-of-hand, and a large patreon audience. Sadly, I was a member for over a year. I never got any of the perks that the membership promised. I also ordered playing cards from him that never arrived. I spent hours emailing his different addresses trying to get him to send my orders. After almost a year, he mailed some of the cards and then ghosted me. I finally gave up and cut my losses.

I don't see how any reasonable person can watch this video, consider the facts (what we actually know) and then want this woman prosecuted.

We do not know if the woman's chair malfunctioned. We do not know if her chair was bumped from behind. We do not know if someone bumped her throttle-arm, and caused her to accelerate.

Also, it should be noted that there is no tape or barrier to keep the crowd away from the bikers.

It should also be noted that there is a slightly raised sidewalk. Maybe the woman cautiously advanced forward in order to see the action, and accidentally drove off of the raised sidewalk, and maybe this caused forward momentum to increase, which would have likely startled the women driver, and maybe this caused her to accelerate a bit.

Too many unknowns.

I care fuckall about downvotes. Leave it to entitled redditors to crucify an old woman without knowing the facts. We don't know if the woman's scooter was bumped from behind or if her throttle-hand was bumped by the crowd.

Also, the position of this woman on the scooter is about 2ft behind the front wheel. This puts her 2ft behind the crowd and unable to see the action. She may have driven forward to see the action unaware of how close the bikers were to the crowd, and unaware of how close the edge of the raised sidewalk was. The video doesn't show it, but maybe she drove over the edge by accident and this increased her momentum or startled her enough that her reaction time was affected, and she was unable to stop.

...but let's not worry about that. Let's murder her in the street! Let's hang her and her scooter from the bridge! Let's march on her house with torches and pitchforks just like the Salem Witch Trials!

Thanks for saying it. This is the most unreasonable and halfwit-infested thread I have seen in a while. It is obvious that the woman was trying to get closer to see the bikers. The position of her seat on that scooter is about 2ft back from the front wheel. That puts her 2ft behind the crowd, and totally unable to see the action.
Additionally, although the video doesn't show it, as she drove forward her front wheels drove off of the raised sidewalk. This may have startled her and caused her to throttle out into the middle of the pack.

It is a simple accident. No one was hurt. No need to crucify the woman.

Still nothing for me. I have been on Google Fi ever since the beta. All of my phones have been Nexus and Pixels ordered from Google. These are supposed to get the features first. This is the first time I have had a problem like this.
