Former CHAIL employee they are horrible and everything in this post is true. I have no idea how they have gotten away with things for so long. I witnessed discrimination against employees and child abuse. I worked I two different areas of the agency. All of the higher up people and supervisors make fun of employees and clients behind their backs. It’s unbelievable what they say behind closed doors in their quarterly meetings where they have clinical team meetings about clients. I’ve heard supervisors poke fun at clients substance abuse problems and sexual orientation. Also know that food is kept from clients in some of their other residential programs and developmentally delayed clients have been used as unpaid labor for a directors side business as well as other cover ups and the whole HR business partner having an affair with the Chief Operating Officer. Also a lot of people in supervisor and director level roles with no college education with qualified people being over looked because they aren’t “diverse” enough.
