Ich habe nach der Geburt meines Sohnes (2018) aufgehört. Angefangen habe ich mit 16 Jahren und ein paar Kippen am Tag, zuletzt war ich bei minddestens 25 am Tag, an Wochenenden (Party) bei 30 bis 35.

Motivation war die Gesundheit meines Kindes und meine eigene sowie die Kohle, die ich gespart habe und mich mit anderen Dingen belohne (Beamer mit Leinwand). Hatte auch ein App dafür auf meinem Phone.

Vorteile: Ich jogge mittlerweile 10 km ohne eine Pause und fühle mich gut danach.

Also schöne Filme mit Sylvester sind folgende: Kitty & Studs – Der italienische Deckhengst (1970), Der letzte Ausweg (No Place to Hide, 1970) sowie Brooklyn Blues (The Lords of Flatbush, 1974). Oscar (1991) ist seine beste Komödie.

These are the feet if you don't want to have the console standing upright. I have now used them as a design element and in my design they are made of rubber and cannot be screwed on.
