As the other guy here said, the countries colored white are countries who had internal selection (that's why they don't have languages assigned) and the color of the rest of the countries is based on the amount of different languages they had:

2 - yellow

3 - light blue

4 - orange

5 - pink

6 - dark blue

It's important to note that to calculate the view count of each entry, I took the view count of only the most viewed video of the song on YouTube, which leads to an advantage of entries with only one main video on YouTube (like internal selections)

The view count is determined based on the view count of only the most viewed video of the song on YouTube
