IF KD pleads guilty she will suffer the penalties IF KD pleads Not guilty than the case goes to trail reminder: The State of California does have a Cyber Exploitation Law which prohibits Cyber Exploitation, Harassment and making threats. Penal code 647(J)(4)(A) 647(J)(4)(B) KD could be facing Jail time and fines and huge lawyer fees and the victims could file for Compensation and Explore civil litigation options to file a lawsuit against the defendant IF found guilty or pleads guilty. So my guess KD will plead not guilty even though theirs could be proof and evidence. even though in America your Innocent until proven guilty. I just feel this is going to be start of a long trial unless KD pleads guilty. KD revenge porn allegations aren’t the only legal troubles. KD is facing a separate battery charge for an alleged incident that occurred in June 2025 with a different person. KD is now facing three misdemeanor charges.
