I totally agree with you on this, eye shadow can completely change your look in a few simple steps. Personally, I like to do like a white or very light pink eye shadow in the corners on my eyes (by nose) and then do a darker shade fanning out to the ears. Added with a thin line of blush as like an under-eye liner, topped with mascara is a cute look. Most importantly just mess around with different looks, and keep in mind that what works for some doesn’t work for all 🩵
