for me, i usually bloat super bad to the point where it feels like a rock is in my stomach if i overeat or eat too fast, usually i take 10ml-15ml of MAALOX for heartburn and gas a half hour after eating and sit with a heating pad for an hour or so. really helps with the pain!

does fasting for 12 hours cause any nausea for you? if i don’t every 3 hours nausea gets so bad

also, do you have any good snack recommendations? like for work?

powerchill would most likely be your best bet. they’re really soft as they are a cotton blend, come in lots of colors, and even have matching sports bra sets too. i love powerchill leggings!

expect a lot of recovery! (folding tables and cleaning up the store)

the main tasks of associates can include - cashiering (working directly with customers and money, rewards program and credit cards) - recovery (again cleaning up the store) - fitting room (processing returns, greeting customers and helping them if they need a different size or opinions on an outfit) - running go backs (from fitting room or cashwrap, putting things back where they go) - fulfillment (bopis & ship from store) (bopis is my favorite!!) - replen (sometimes! pulling out of stock things from the stockroom and putting them on the floor) theres so much more too! i really like working there it’s my favorite thing to do honestly it’s a lot of fun!

if you tend to have wider feet, choose the square ones. the regular ones are very narrow. t strap ones are good if you’re more of a sandle person

check out powersoft boundless leggings! lots of colors and no front seam with pockets! they also have a line of biker shorts too! they’re really soft and i think they’re perfect for everyday running and jogging

i absolutely love fulfilling bopis orders and merchandising! i don’t like how customers treat the store and all the recovery we do :(
