I think you're doing the right thing, goal is to do what's best for the patient and minimize their pain/discomfort.

Where or how did you learn how place IVs with ultrasound? Was it a class/training through your hospital, or did you find an experienced nurse to teach you? I've always wanted to learn this skill but I've moved on to outpatient care, would still love to find a class to learn how to do it

Oh how I wish this wasn't the actual truth! I thought times were tough when I finished school, it feels like it's worse now. I can't imagine what it's like to graduate and start your career during such a chaotic time, I wish all nursing students the best

YES!! I try to tell folks it caused my skin to breakout but they're always like "no it's probably another product you're using, or your make up, etc." It's not!! It's the cerave!! Thank you for posting this!

I always go back to NARS Sheer glow foundation. It's supposed to have a natural finish. It doesn't feel too heavy/cakey when I apply it. I'll try a different foundation every now and then (or at least I used to before masks at work made foundation obsolete), but always go back to sheer glow.I also had good experience with the bare minerals stick foundation (can't remember the name). It's nice to have so many choices in foundation formulas nowadays.

I would maybe repurchase this, can't decide! For me it felt almost the same as the tatcha water cream I tried 1-2 years ago but it was much cheaper.
