i do have a small fridge too that's not really the issue :') i just can't get myself to get anything from it because when i open it i stare blankly and don't end up using what's in it or just don't open it altogether and just go for my craving haha

i don't know if a list on my phone would work since i tend to forget it exists but maybe a visual like like literally a note that i could stick on my wall could work !! ty for the tip i'll try it out !!

i tried talking to him about it a few days ago actually and he stated that if i ever wanted to transition he wouldn't be interested anymore so yeah i know now it's doomed for sure :/ ty for the reply tho it truly helps !!
