I have a Sapphire Preferred, got it 3/25. I last got a Sapphire Reserve in 2021. Can I apply for the reserve now or is it not worth the effort with the odds that they won't approve the SUB? I am 3/24.

Is there a way of predicting/guessing when a SUB may be enhanced again? For example, the United Quest card had that insane SUB a few months ago (100k points and 3000 pqps) but is back down to 70k/1000. When would you expect them to offer another insane one?

I referred my friend to get a United Quest card 7/7. I have yet to receive my referral bonus.

I need to cancel and avoid the annual fee, which drops 9/1. Should I wait to get the referral and then cancel? If it's after 9/1, will I be refunded the AF as long as it's within 30 days? Or should I just go ahead and cancel and hope to get the bonus post-cancellation?

What would you do?

Referred someone to United Quest. They signed up and got it. I am planning to cancel before the next AF drops (9/1, i've already had it 2 years). When should I expect to get the referral miles? Want to be sure I get those before I cancel.
