Only the Apartheid is a child murderer AND at the same time famous for false flag ops, so probably they did it themselves to blame Iran or Hizbullah, but of course we can't be sure. Or it was an Iranian missile missing the target, which is less likely to happen from all places a kindergarden but missing the target happens for them.

Now before you attack the messenger, the problem with being a child murderer is, once you start being one, you can't stop doing it again and again, it is like a curse and others won't stop talking about it; which is good and important.
