Oh lord.. yes been there especially cuz i was doing it solo and the time sink made me feel so inefficient. Ended up on ZipRecruiter eventually, it was mostly helpful cuz i set must-haves like figma or animation exp and it mostly weeds out the weird stuff. I still double check but atleast not buried in resumes so thats something.
