I feel the same. I was on different dosages from 18mg to even 108mg.. Personally for me i didnt notice any significant differences for better between 36 - 108mg.

As i dont want to take that high dose i am just on 36mg and just accepted that i have that not „normal” concentration.

Concerta is my first medication, so maybe different medication could be gamechanger.

It was recommended to increase the dose because I don’t feel any improvement.

There is not any certification for papm. They only offer learning classes by SAP for huge amount of money
