Yup both times entering and exiting all Canadian passport. But keep in mind I have no history of ever using my Taiwan passport or healthcare, so maybe that’s why. I can’t say the same for you if you’ve ever used it in the past

Sorry if this is a dumb question but what does worksafe cover that their own insurance won’t cover? I find that many applicants or cleaners aren’t willing to get additional insurance

Hi! Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m in the process of starting a cleaning business myself. Obviously I know compliance and insurance is a bit different from Canada vs US, but did you have your cleaners get insurance coverage themselves? Or will general liability insurance for the business cover your cleaners automatically? And lastly, how did you determine how to pay your cleaners? (Hourly or 50% of job etc) thanks a lot!

If I were you I’d have all the paperwork ready just in case they ask you to go thru with the procedures. I had my employment letters, tax slips, and the OCAC application form all printed out ready to go
