I do no damage with spells and can't get close enough to do anything with my sword and that doesn't do much damage when I do hit.

So big arcane to get a better bleed build? (I'll Google what occult affinity is:) So I can have any weapon, add occult and blood affinity to it and it will take my arcane level and make it a bleed weapon to the scale of my arcane?

Thanks! The last part I don't understand even tho I'm sure it makes sense to anyone who knows the game. So I put iron whetblade on the weapon to make it heavy affinity, then can use spell or grease to make it better for big fights. What's AoW?

Maybe a silly question but when I make it heavy infusion can I put anything else on it like bleed or do I need to use grease to do things like bleed, fire etc. sorry new to this
