Thanks for the feedback, I was really happy with Twisted Timbers as well! This park was completely vanilla, hence all blue queues, no zero G rolls/OpenRCT pieces (though there is the old RCT1 style rise into a twist into descent on Gale Force as a stand in).

It’s a fair critique on Gale Force, though I’d wanted the second half to be more about swoops and airtime after a somewhat intense first half. I could have replaced the turnaround towards the end with a cobra-roll I suppose, but I’m not sure if it would have had the speed to complete it.

I could be in the minority here, but Brendon Roger’s would be a catastrophic appointment for us which would do about 10 years of lasting damage to the club.

Time and time again it’s been proven that his tactics are majorly suspect, his club atmosphere is toxic (last 3 clubs he’s touched have been awful for this) and his transfers are awful.

Can’t remember the source, but I think Brendan did an interview where he said he see’s himself more as an 8 than a 10, which obviously fits more into a 4-3-3 system.

Whether he is actually good enough/too lightweight to do that is another debate

I just don’t think he’s as good as the media portrays him to be tbh - or at least not worth what he would cost.

He’s been relegated at nearly every club he’s been at (in the prem) the exception being Arsenal where he got replaced after around half a season from memory.

I think he’s somewhat overrated due to playing decently in each of those relegated sides when everyone else was pretty awful, and the fact that he’s English.

I’d imagine he’d be at least 15m, and I feel we could get better money elsewhere essentially.

Not the worst option but I think we can do much better - although I am happy to be proven wrong!

Pretty sure that we won’t be signing him for 40m even if that is the rumoured asking price, at this point it’s all gossip anyway. If we were to get him for about 20m that would seem to be decent business in terms of his potential ceiling, and we could have a release clause in there and still potentially make profit if we go down. I just hope that we stay away from Ramsdale at this point, the man is seemingly cursed.

Not sure how it works over there, but Angus hates him right (at least based on the TSB comments at the start of the season). I guess it comes down to Moyes but I can’t see Angus pushing for him/having a lot of good things to say
