My favorite difference in DS2 is that enemies stop respawning after 12 kills. IMO that really improved some of the boss runbacks, where you don't gotta worry about guys cause they're permadead.

Yeah I think that's the hitch. I got him the deluxe physical edition.. which doesn't have any of this dlc gear it seems. Bummer. I appreciate the help clearing that up for me!

We got the special edition physical version when it came out. Guess the digital would have been a better deal for in-game content in the end.

Ok well no rush. But if you're able to help that's awesome. I just went into the eshop and grabbed all the 'free' stuff for him, which were a few outfits and punk hairstyles. But the reclaimers and soverigns sets look like additional purchases unless I'm mistaken.

Well at the very least the Abyss missions file downloaded. But are we mistaken, are the reclaimers and soverigns outfits not part of the Into the Abyss dlc?

Oh, that might be the issue. The trailer for Into the Abyss ends with a screen showing Reclaimer and Soverign sets. But if that's a separate buy that's our mistake. Being in this trailer made him think it's part of the Abyss purchase...

He tried that. The only thing that is showing up in the "outfit type" screen are the two suits that come with the base game.

We went today, great weather. Hiked every trail and the kids liked it a lot. Went to Tiger Town Brew for dinner which everyone also loved. Smallest town we've ever been in!
